The English Arts Chorale wanted a site which fitted with their corporate look, offering a clean, professional view. The site is frequently updated with news about forthcoming concerts.

Technical stuff

This website uses hand-crafted css and html to achieve the look together with PHP to reduce the effort needed for the frequent updates. All of the pages are created dynamically using PHP to pull in standard items such as headers and footers. The splitting of the "look" to use a separate css file easily paid back when the client requested a completely new look. A MySQL back-end is used to store information on concerts, ticket prices etc. I hand-built a page that allows tickets to be selected for on-line purchase using PayPal. There is an area for members only.
